At a very young age Dave fell upon the fantasy art of Frank Frazetta and Boris Vallejo. These two artists have been a huge inspiration in developing his style. He received his apprenticeship from a good friend and very talented young artist with whom he works for now, Fernando Zepeda. The tattoos he looks forward to doing most are ones of great imagination and originality. Each tattoo represents a new, exciting challenge. For an artist it is a great honour when a client gives him the chance to create their vision. Dave believes that your growth as a tattoo artist should never end and being a part of the small family of gifted artists at 13th Hour has greatly enhanced his journey.
He enjoys weightlifting, painting, drawing and kicking back with his Fiancé of 2 years Maya and his dog Conan.
